Pressed cake be transported by conveyor to winnowing box , most of fiber on the Nut surface will be removed, and the nut dropped into Kernel polisher to get off the last fiber on the surface of the nut.
Then nuts will be transported to nut classification by conveyor . After classification the nut are husked in shucker , many shells will be blowed in Tube type air separation unit . The residual material get in kernel classifier, and then get in the second tube type air separation unit to get ride of shells. When the shells be cleaned, the residual material will be conveyed to drying tank, after be dried the kernel be transported to storage tank. Then the kernel will be transported to press plant, pressed by kernel screw press machine
