The equipment is for intermittent refining,it has all functions as large and middle scale equipment.
Equipment profile:
It has its heat source and electrical control,with features of light weight,saving electricity.Only turning on power and connecting water,with little coal or firewood,caustic soda,phosphoric acid and Carclazyte,the equipment can be easily operated.Without special workshop and special base,no matter outdoor or indoor,it is ok.
Craft flow sheet:
Crude oil→ Alkali refining ,deacidification→Water washing →Bleaching → Deodorization → Finished oil.
Introduction of main devices:
Neutralizing pot: For acid refining ,alkali refining and water washing.
Decolorization pot: Bleaching,removing pigment from oil.
Deodorization pot: Removing odor from oil(Made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Providing heat for production.
Vacuum pump: Providing vacuum for bleaching and deodorization.
Air compressor: Drying decolorized bleaching clay.
Pressing filter: Filtering waste bleaching clay.
Steam generator:Providing steam for deodorization and distillation.
