Product Description

Introduction of oil refining :
1.Degumming:
Removing the phosphate by adding hot water, when phosphate meets
hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.
2.Deacidification:
Remove the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutrallzation reaction).
3.Bleaching:
Remove the pgment by adding bleaching earth andthe remaining bleaching
earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.
4.Deodorization:
Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatide gas.
Main equipment in the refining line:
1.Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing. 2.Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment from oil. 3.Deodorization pot: Remove odor from oil(Made of stainless steel).
4.Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280°C.
5.Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg. 6.Air compressor: Dry decolorization bleaching clay. 7.Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.
8.Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation.

A7: If only pressed, oil residue inside cake is very high at lease 6%. But after extraction, the oil residue will be less than 1%, which greatly increases the oil yield.
Q8: Vegetable oil plants require how large of a workspace?
A8: The land area typically depends on the capacity of the plant. We can suggest an appropriate space to prepare after given specifications, or, can design the oil plant in-house specifically to the amount of workspace available.
