Palm Oil Making Machine And Ffb Palm Oil Milling Machine Description
We usually adopt pressing craft to extract palm fruit oil, the craft is mature and perfect, design is reasonable,
self-supply production mode not only saves production cost but also reduces envirnment pollution, and it benefits recycling and utillization of resource.
According to actual conditions of project country, the project includes oil pressing section, water treatment section and power supply section etc.

Fresh Palm Fruit Bunch (FFB) will go into the fruit production period after the growth of 3 years or so. The matured palm fruit will be picked up and delivered to the palm oil processing plant. The FFB will be processed in the of the following:
1. Weight: Before FFB going into the factory, it has to be weighted by truck scale, this is convenient for the later clearing & production cost calculation;
2. FFB Discharging: The FFB will go through the rampway and sieved the impurties out, then it will be sent ibeing sterilizered, for the inside FFA(free fat acid) will increase rapidly, this will make the later process more complex and increase project cost);
3. Sterilizing: FFB will be sent to high pressure and temperature sterilizer and to be cooked, to make preparations for following processes;
4. Threshing: The FFB will be softened in Sterilizing process, after the knocking and sieving of the thresher, the palm fruit will be separated from the bunch;
5. Empty Fruit Bunch(EFB): For a period of storage, the EFB will be sent to palm orchards to be used as feterilizer or to be burned as fuel;
6. Crushing: The threshed palm fruit will be broken into pieces by crushing tank’s stirring and pressing;
7. Oil Pressing: The oil will be extracted out from the broken palm fruit wat the screw oil presser;
8. Fiber Separation: The cake shape fiber will be crushed into pieces and sent into air separation system to be separated, the palm nut will be separated from fiber here;
9. Nut & Kernel Separation: The nut will become into the kernel and shell by the crushing of kernel crusher, then they will be separated by air separation and washing system, the shell will be burned as the fuel, the kernel will be dried and storagd in kernel storage room;
10. Oil Clarification: The pressed CPO contains a content of moisture and impurities, thus it has to be cleaned by sand sediment tank and vibration sieved, then it will be sent into vertical oil clarification tank, the dirt oil and clean oil will be separated here, the clean oil will be dried and stored in crude palm oil tank, the dirty oil will be separated by centrifugal machine and then to be recoveried;
11. Oil Delivery: The delivery pipeline of oil distribution tank can be made according to actual situation;
12. Waste Water Treatment: Normally the source water will be introduced into the factory from a nearby river, after the preliminary clarification, infiltration and reverse osmosis treatment, it can reach the boiler feed water sandard;
13. Dynamical System: The dynamical system generate electric by steam turbine generating unit, the diesel generator sets were also equipped together.
After the above procedures, we get the crude oil of palm fruit, and then the oil refining equipment for refined palm oil.

Generally, we guarantee all equipments are completely new and unused, and under normal operation conditions the warranty period would be 12 months after installation or 18 months from the date of shipments whichever comes first.
Our equipment would be shipped in containers. Equipments too large for containerized shipment would be covered and protected from sea water damage.
We can send experienced and qualified engineers (electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) to the Buyer’s site for supervision of equipment installation and commissioning. And after the plant had been successfully commissioned, our engineer will stay to train the buyer’s plant personnel in process operations and equipment maintenance by buyer’s request.
