Crude Palm oil refining Machine
Crude palm oil refining machine is different from other materials. We have rich experience and advanced technology in crude palm oil refining machine. Main steps of pretreatment and pressing in palm oil machine. 1. Sterilizing: The purpose of sterilizing is to avoid the increase of FFA and prepare for the following steps. This is an important step for palm oil making.
2. Threshing: After sterilizing, we need to separate the fruits from the FFB (fresh fruit bunch). The fruit will be transported to pressing part. At the same time, empty branch will be recycled to plantation.
3. Pressing: The fruit need to cook first. Then they will be sent to screw presser. We can get miscella ( mix of oil, water and impurities) and oil cake.
4. Purifying: The function of this step is to remove the impurities and get crude oil from the miscella. 5. Colleting Palm Kernel: The palm kernel is included in the oil cake from the presser. The palm kernel is got by crushing, separator, dryer and so on. Then the palm kernel can be made to palm kernel oil by other oil line.
Through pretreatment and pressing, crude oil is got. Then we will change the crude palm oil to refined palm oil by crude palm oil refining machine.
