Add hot water and food grade phosphoric acid to mix with crude rice bran oil to finish degumming, mainly removing phospholipids,protein, grume and trace metal ions. Separate oil foots from oil with centrifuge, then dehydrate and dry oil. |

Add caustic soda to neutralize free fatty acid to form sodium fatty acid, which will be separated from oil. |
