Palm oil production Process discription:
Palm fruit bunch is transported to factory by truck, after though weighbridge, pure into FFB Loading Ramp, collected in Hopper G102, with the FFB Scrape Conveyor,the palm fruit is transported to Vertical Sterilizer A101. Then the FFB, which is without leaven is transported to Threshing Machine A103. After threshing we can get empty bunch, which is unvaluable, can be burned in the boiler or loading away by truck. The fruit though feeder A105 into presser A106, produce cake and crude palm oil.
After the fiber in crude palm oil be removed by Screening filter A110, and Clarify in clarifying tankT107, we can get boiled oiland oil sludge. After the boiled oil dewatering by Centrifuge T101, and dry by Vacuum drier T111, will be crude palm oil. Be storge in crude palm oil tank. The palm oil will be pump to refining plant by crude oil pump.
After the oil sludge littler cleaning by T108,C109, and then Disc-type separator will recovery the oil into T115 and then back to T107, after the oil from oil sludge be recycled, the oil sludge can back to the farm as fertilizer.
The cake will be crashed and transported into Winnowing box G107 by carvery S110. When the cake though Winnowing box, the fiber will be blowed out. The same time the mut drop from G107 into Nut polisher A107, and the fiber on surface of nut will be removed by Nut polisher. Then though Nut classifier E101 into shucker A109. After husking, the mixture of kernel and sheel enter Tube type air separation unit F102, shells are blowed out. The others will enter Kernel classifier A108 to classify kernel, then use tube type air separation F101 separate shell. The kernel without sheel transport to storage after dry by Kernel drier tank T104. And then the kernel will be press by screw press machine.
