| Basic information of small scale palm oil refining Machine | |
|
1.Main processes: Crude vegetable oil — Preheating–Degumming and Deacidification — Decolorization –Deodorization — Filtering — Refined cooking oil. A.Preheating secticon: Pumping crude oil into hydrate tank (oil refining tank), heating by steam or heat transfer oil (in coil pipe), rise oil temperature. B.Degumming section: Adding the P-acid to remove the gum. C.Deacidification section: Adding alkali like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. D.Decolorization Section: Using the active clay to absorb the pigment away ,then filter the waste clay away. This process is carried out under the vacuum condition. E.Deodorization and Dehydration Section: Injecting direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition,in the deodorization tower , the temperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section. F. Filtering: This process can remove off the small amount of unsettle gum soluble impurities in the oil , to ensure the product oil quality. 2.Handling capacity: 5-500TPD. 3.Power: 380V 3 phase. 4.Purify rate: 99.5%. 5.Oil loss: 3%-5%. 6.Power consumption: According to capacity. 7.Steam consumption:60kg-120kg per ton (crude oil). 8.Production period: 25-50 days. 9.Installation period: 40-75 days. 10.Service scope: Arranging technicians to install in field , operation training , 1 year warranty . |
