The process of this Small palm oil press line :
Palm fruit bunches–Threshing—Sterilizing–Pressing–Clarifying–Filitering–Crude palm oil.
1.Reception: We can get fresh palm fruit bunch(FFB) from palm plantation.
2.Threshing section: threshig machine can remove palm fruit from palm fruit bunches.
We have 1tph and 2tph palm fruit threshing machine.We also have semi-continuous and continuous threshing machine.
3.Sterilizing section: Palm fruit can go to bad easily if palm fruit are not processed within 2 days.
Sterilizing can prevent palm fruit from going bad for a short time. In addition, palm fruit can become soft after sterilizing, which can press and produce palm oil easily.
4.Pressing section: We have mini palmm frut press machine, this palm press machine can process 300-500kg palm fruit per hour.
5.Filtering section: After pressing, we can get crude palm oil. Our plate filter can remove the visible impurity in the crude palm oil.

CPO(Crude palm oil refinery)
Palm oil refining is a very important process to improve the oil quality. According to the continue degree, the refineries can be divided into three types, batch type refinery, semi-continous type refinery and continous type refinery. For small palm oil press line, we also matched the small crude palm oil refinery of 1TPD, 2TPD, 3TPD, 5TPD and bigger capacity. Plam oil refinery processes are divided into 4 steps, gegumming and de-acidification, de-colorization, deodorization and cooling filtration.
1. Degumming:
Crude oil obtained by screw pressing and solvent extraction of oilseeds will throw a deposit of so-called gums on storage. The chemical nature of these gums has been difficult to determine. They contain nitrogen and sugar and can start fermenting so they were at first stage thought to consist of glycolipids and proteins.
2. Deacidification/ Neutralisation:
For deacidification/neutralisation, caustic soda is added directly ahead of the second mixer in such an amount that the free fatty acids and the phosphoric acid added previously are completely neutralised. In addition to the stoichiometric caustic amount necessary for /deacidification/neutralisation of the free fatty acids, a certain caustic soda surplus is required, which depends on oil and its quality.
3. Decoloration/Bleaching:
Decoloration/Bleaching process removes contaminants that adversely impact the appearance and performance of these triglyceride (triacylglycerol)-based materials.
Originally described as a process of mixing oil and clay adsorbent to remove color, the decoloration/bleaching operation effectively removes some of the color, reduces the contents of chlorophyll, residual soap and gums, trace metals, oxidation products, and indirectly impacts on deodorized oil color.
4. Deodorization:
Deodorization is actually a stripping process in which a given amount of a stripping agent (usually steam) is passed for a given period of time through hot oil at a low pressure. Hence, it is mainly a physical process in which various volatile components are removed. However, since it is usually carried out at high temperature (> 200°C), some chemical, thermal effects may take place as well.
