Palm kernel crush process firstly we need to crush the palm kernel , as the shell is so hard , we canot press them with shell . Flaking process After we crush the palm kernel , we need to flake them and Broken cell wall , shorten the time we extract the oil from the palm kernel . Request the raw material : size and thickness is almost same , low powder rate , not leak oil. Cooking Process we need to cook the palm kernel after flaking , and this can make palm kernel cell wall has permeation and make oil easily extracted . Moreover , it can make the small oil drop change to big oil drop , reducing oil viscosity . The cooking moisture is above12% . Pressing process adopt pre-press machine in China to squeeze out some of the oil from the high-oil materials, such as palm kernel sunflowerseed etc., to meet the following cake extraction requirements. The dry cake is loosestructured and not broken, easy for solvent premeability, with low residual oil and low running cost.
Crude Oil Filter First, use clarifying oil tank for primary settlement and filtering, and then use plate frame filter for fine filtration. Try to reduce the cake residue in crude oil to ensure the following deguming effect.
