Introduction of the Palm kernel seeds press/prepress plant
As you know the oilseeds is mixed with dust, stone, leaf, so the oilseeds will need to be cleaned before go to the next section, and some of the oilseeds is too hard or big like soybean, peanut/Palm kernel, Palm kernel seeds, Palm kernel kernel; so the oilseeds should be softened and crushed; Some oilseeds is with husk, like sunflower, peanut, Palm kernel and Palm kernel kernel, so the oilseeds should remove the husk for the better oil yield.
The oilseeds should be squeezed into cake, and cooked by the cooker, then go to the screw oil press machine to extract the crude Palm kernel oil.

(1) Refining section: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.
(2) Decoloring section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate, make the oil lucency (3) Deodorizing section: to remove off the odor components in oil, let the oil have a good smell
(4) Dewax section: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.
