Main Equipments
1.Cleaning machine
In order to make good quality edible oil and oil cake, and improve soybean oil output, the cleaning machine is always used in the pretreatment process to remove the impurities,such as crop stalk, stone, dust, magnetic metal and so on.
2.Crusher
After cleaning, the oil seeds shall be crushed by crusher, in order to make the soybean granularity smaller,and adjust the oil cake thickness,thus creating a good condition for oil extraction.
3.Softening kettle
Softening kettle is used to adjust the water content and temperature of soybean, to increase the plasticity of soybean, so it can reduce the powder and glue stick phenomenon and guarantee the good quality of flakers when flaking.
4.Flaker
The Flaker is used to change the soybean from granularity into flakiness, and destroy cell wall of soybean, thus shorten the oil outlet distance. When flaking, the soybean flakiness thickness must be even, the size is suitable, powder degree is low, and also with mechanical strength.
5.Cooker
The purpose of cooking is to make the protein of soybean cell wall degenerated and then aggregated because of heated, increase the permeability of cell wall, and decrease the viscosity of oil, thus make oil come out easily, to make small oil drops into big oil drops.
6.Oil press
The advantage of using press method to make oil is that the support equipment is less, it is suitable for various oilseed crops,such as sunflower, soybean, groundnut,sesame,rapeseed and so on. The production line is very flexible, the oil quality is very good with light color and good flavor.
