The crude oil obtained from expellers or solvent extractors contains impurities, which must be removed to make the oil edible, more palatable and stable against rancidity upon storage. The process of removing these impurities is called edible oil refinery. We provide all machines necessary to 1TPD-10TPD small-sized complete refinery line for high grade cooking oil and salad oil. It is suitable for refining various animal and plant crude oils, such as sunflower, soybean, groundnut, coconut, cotton seed oil, etc. The main processing equipment includes degumming tank, deacidification tank, bleaching tank, frame filter, deodorization tank and leaf filter, etc.
Degumming
There are many ways to move the mucilaginous impurities from crude oils and fats, for example, hydration, heating, adding acids, etc. We’ve hydration tank, acid refining mixer, etc., as shown below.
Deacidification
This step is to remove pigment from crude oil to adjust its color. You can adjust according to the requirement of your market. We’ve acid refining tank.
Deodorization
This step is to move unpleasant smell from crude oil. This is an important station for refined oil. We’ve deodorizing tank.
Refining pot
It is also named dephosphorization and deacidification tank. Under 60-70°C, it occurs acid-base
neutralization reaction with NaOH. After stirring by reduction box, it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate impurities, phospholipid which will become soap stock. Bleaching pot
It is also named bleaching, dewatering pot. It removes water from oil by vacuum. The bleaching earth is put into bleachingpot. After stirring, filtered, the oil will be more clear. Oil quality standard after refining
