Palm oil making machine process
Sterilization:take advantage of High temperature, Fruit bunches cook until soft and sterilization(145°C,90-120minute)intention:Fruit easy separation fruit series,Fruit softening,Increase the humidity of fruit.. So easy to take oil, at the same time also make verification easy separation nuclear shell,prevent enzymatic decomposition, in order to avoid free fatty acid content increased.
Threshing: through the strong vibration, the fruit can separate with the bunch.
Digesting : stire the fruits, at the same time cooking again
Pressing: separating the fruit pulp and fruit kernel, get the crude palm oil(CPO) and fruit kernel( no cracking, send to depericarper)
Clarification: separate the taken oil and the sludge ( get 90% purity oil). The taken oil contain 45%-55% water, sludge and other impurities.
Purification:oil cleaning treatment, improve the pure
Drying :using continuous vacuum drier to take out the water in the oil, the water reduce to 0.1%.
