Brief introduction of main equipments:

Since in the following steps, the iron impurity will be harmful to the machines. 2) Cleaning: Removing the stone or solid impurities in the sunflower, in case of they will influence the oil yield rate and desolventizing of wet meal in the next process. 3) Softening: This machine helps to adjust the water content and temperature of the sunflower.
4) Crushing: The size of sunflower is big, so it’s divided to 3-4 small piece. The small piece is suitable for flaking roller.
5) Flaking: This machine will broke the cell of sunflower and add the superficial area of the material.
6) Cooking: The function of cooker is to adjust the water content and temperature of the material. Then the sunflower is suitable for oil pressing or solvent extraction.
7) Pressing: This is a main machine in the whole sunflower pretreatment workshop. It helps to extract crude oil.
